Pricing & Set-Up
cricketWeb™ is an affordable way to manage your club or league and keep members better informed. It can be purchased for an initial set-up fee and annual subscription depending on the size of your club or league. Outlined below is a description of what is involved in the initial set-up of your website and details of what is included for the annual subscription. INITIAL SET-UP of your cricketWeb™ site involves setting up your domain name, personalising your website and installing cricketWeb to enable you to publish information to your site. You should be prepared to set some time aside to set-up your site and this often requires getting information together for the first time and some initial data entry and familiarisation with cricketWeb. No technical knowledge is required to use and install cricketWeb. A help manual will be provided with the application and the cricketWeb team provide customer support via email and telephone. Additional training at your premises can also be purchased if required. |
In order to customise your site and make it valuable to your members we will ask you, during the initial set-up, to provide the following information:
- Your club/league history & milestones
- Directions by car and train to your home ground (clubs only)
- Any notices with regard to fixtures and results you would like to permanently display on your site
- Any documents you would like to make downloadable from your site eg rules, player conditions, scorecards
- Your club name, colours & logo
- Your sponsors and advertisers logos or advertisements
- Your chosen domain name or details of your existing domain for transfer
- Titles of your club and league committee positions
- The descriptors you use for match results eg. won, lost, drawn, abandoned, losing draw etc

The ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION fee for your club or league site keeps your site running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides you with the following services:
Email help & support: |
cricketWeb provide customer support via email in the first instance and telephone if further support is required. We endeavour to respond to all email queries within 24hours. |
Maintains your domain name: |
cricketWeb take care of renewing and maintaining your domain name. |
Keeps your site running: |
cricketWeb maintain the hosting of your site to keep it running 24 hours a day. |
License to use software: |
Allows up to 3 administration users to update your site through the cricketWeb windows application and host the application on their computer. |
Regular back ups of your database: |
cricketWeb regularly back up your database to protect against loss of data. |
Upgrades to software and website: |
You will receive automatic upgrades for your cricketWeb application as new features are added to increase functionality and performance. |
